Ryan Robaugh is a Lead Financial Advisor based in Bluespring Wealth’s Cleveland office. With more than 25 years of industry experience, he works closely with individuals and families to help them plan for the future, make informed financial decisions, and pursue their long-term goals. Ryan enjoys helping clients navigate their unique circumstances and providing guidance that supports their financial security and peace of mind.
Before joining Hickory Asset Management in 2002, Ryan worked in brokerage operations for ValMark Securities. His interest in wealth management was shaped by his own desire to better understand investing and saving. Growing up in a blue-collar family with little exposure to financial planning, he became passionate about learning how sound financial decisions can create opportunities and security. That curiosity eventually became a career dedicated to helping others do the same.
Ryan graduated with honors from the University of Akron, earning a degree in Finance with a minor in Economics. He earned his CFP® designation in 2006 and believes successful financial planning begins with understanding a client’s personal relationship with money, not just the numbers on a page. That perspective continues to shape the advice and guidance he provides today.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys riding and drag racing motorcycles and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Amy, his high school sweetheart, live in Broadview Heights and are proud parents of three sons. Much of their free time is spent cheering from the sidelines at cross country meets, basketball games, baseball fields, and track events, often joined by a large and supportive extended family.
