With 28 years of industry experience, she works closely with individuals and families to simplify financial decisions, develop personalized investment strategies, and help clients navigate life’s transitions with confidence. Her approach is centered on building long-term relationships, providing clear guidance, and helping clients stay focused on their goals through thoughtful planning and disciplined portfolio management.
Ronda’s career path has included roles in customer service, accounts receivable, payroll, human resources, and financial planning. While the industries and responsibilities varied, a common thread remained throughout each position: a desire to help others. That passion ultimately led her to financial planning, where she found a meaningful way to educate, support, and guide clients through important financial and life decisions.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cedarville University and holds the CFP® designation along with Ohio insurance licenses in life, accident and health, and variable products. Ronda enjoys helping clients feel more informed and empowered, and she values the opportunity to serve as a trusted resource through every stage of life. Outside of work, Ronda enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new restaurants, and relaxing with a good book, movie, or streaming series. She also loves baking, decorating for the holidays, and spending time with her cat, Daisy, who recently celebrated her 20th birthday.
