Michele Heckle serves as Business Administration Specialist for Bluespring Wealth’s Cincinnati office. She helps clients feel supported through important financial decisions while also overseeing many of the processes and day-to-day operations that keep the firm running smoothly. Michele enjoys finding practical solutions and creating an environment where both clients and team members can thrive.
Before joining the firm, Michele spent 22 years at a law firm, serving first as an office manager and later as a paralegal. During that time, she developed extensive experience in client service, compliance, payroll, and office operations. When the attorney she worked for retired, Michele began exploring new opportunities and discovered that many of the skills she had built in the legal profession translated naturally to wealth management.
Michele attended the University of Cincinnati, where she studied Accounting, and has built her career around helping people navigate complex situations with confidence and clarity. She enjoys the variety each day brings and values the relationships she has built with both clients and colleagues. And while she appreciates a well-organized process, she will readily admit she also enjoys a good spreadsheet.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and their dog. She loves gardening, cooking, crafting, reading, listening to music, being outdoors, and traveling. A lifelong Cincinnati resident, Michele and her husband have been married for 40 years and are proud parents, grandparents, and caretakers of a very opinionated corgi.
