Leanne Bernard serves as Director of Business Administration for Bluespring Wealth River Valley, where she oversees many of the firm’s business operations and supports special projects, client communications, and event planning. From behind-the-scenes coordination to meaningful client touchpoints, Leanne helps ensure both the business and client experience run smoothly.
Before joining the firm, Leanne spent 20 years as the Business Manager for KBA, Inc. Architects, a local architectural firm, building extensive experience in operations, administration, and organizational leadership. She was drawn to wealth management after learning about the level of care and service provided to clients and saw an opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to making a positive impact on people’s lives.
Leanne studied Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati and has continued her professional development through programs including the Bluespring Blueprint for Growth and Schwab’s RIA Manager Advancement Program. She enjoys balancing the operational side of the business with the personal connections that come from planning client events and recognizing important milestones such as birthdays, recoveries, and other life moments. Outside of work, Leanne enjoys cooking, hiking with her husband, Jay, Pilates, and spending time with family and friends. She and Jay have two grown children, Ellie and Colin, who both live and work in Cincinnati. A longtime community volunteer, Leanne has supported numerous organizations over the years, including Girl Scouts, local school booster programs, youth baseball organizations, and Greater Cincinnati Crimestoppers.
