Daniel Czulno serves as Senior Managing Director for Bluespring Wealth River Valley. He focuses on building the teams, strategies, and systems that allow the firm to grow without losing the culture, relationships, and client experience that have defined it from the beginning. His work centers on developing leaders, strengthening operations, and positioning the firm to serve clients and their families with consistency and care for generations to come.
Daniel’s path into wealth management was anything but traditional, and he considers that one of his greatest assets. He began his career in hospitality before moving into operations leadership at a rapidly growing multi-site church in Las Vegas, where he helped scale it from approximately 1,500 to over 15,000 weekly attendees across multiple campuses. That experience taught him how to build systems under pressure, lead teams through rapid change, and maintain a strong focus on the people being served. In 2009, he made the cross-country move to Lexington to help build Joule Financial, where he became an integral part of the firm’s growth and evolution.
Daniel was drawn to wealth management by the opportunity to build something meaningful. More than 17 years later, that motivation hasn’t changed. What still energizes him most is watching people grow, whether that’s a client gaining confidence in their financial future or a team member stepping into a leadership role they didn’t know they were ready for.
Outside of work, Daniel’s first priority is family. He’s an avid cyclist and triathlete who believes that doing hard things consistently, whether on the bike or at the office, builds the kind of character that shows up when people need you most. He also enjoys cooking, reading, and a well-made cup of coffee. Daniel serves as Treasurer for the Ohio Valley District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance and volunteers as a youth soccer coach.
