Jeff Daniher is a Lead Financial Advisor based in Bluespring Wealth’s Cincinnati office. With more than 40 years of industry experience, he helps clients clarify their goals, navigate important financial decisions, and build plans that support the life they want to live. Known for his thoughtful approach and ability to simplify complex topics, Jeff focuses on helping clients stay grounded in what matters most rather than getting distracted by short-term noise.
Before co-founding Ritter Daniher Financial Advisors in 1999, Jeff served as a trust officer for two large regional banks in Ohio. Throughout his career, he has combined deep technical knowledge with a passion for education, helping clients better understand their financial lives while also mentoring the next generation of advisors. He believes financial planning should be approachable, practical, and centered on helping people create more opportunities and confidence in their lives.
Jeff earned an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Grove City College. He holds several professional designations, including CFP®, CTFA, AEP®, and CLU®. In addition to his work with clients, he volunteers with the CFP Board, helping develop resources that support financial planners across the profession.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Nanci, their three adult children, and the many animals that have been part of their lives over the years. While now focusing more on collecting stories than things, he has been a lifelong numismatist. He delights in helping folks determine what to do with their collections.
