Michele Daniher is a Managing Director of Wealth Management and Lead Financial Advisor based in Bluespring Wealth’s Cincinnati office. She serves as a leader responsible for Advisor development, financial planning quality and overall consistent service delivery excellence. In her Advisory role, she partners with clients to make confident financial decisions by taking a comprehensive view of their financial lives and developing personalized strategies aligned with their goals and priorities. Michele is passionate about building enduring relationships and serves as a trusted guide through life’s most important financial decisions.
Before joining the firm in 2012, Michele spent six years in the insurance industry, beginning her career in claims at Liberty Mutual and advancing into management roles. After taking time away from the workforce to raise her children, she joined Ritter Daniher Financial Advisors in an operational support role. While working full-time, she completed her CFP® education and transitioned into an advisor role in 2016.
Michele earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from John Carroll University and completed her CFP® coursework through the College for Financial Planning. She enjoys the relationship-building and problem-solving aspects of financial planning and finds great fulfillment in helping clients feel more secure and confident about their financial futures.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, cooking, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends. She serves as Treasurer of the Board of Trustees for Bethesda Foundation and values opportunities to give back to her community. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Michele comes from a large family and still visits often. She and her husband, Andy, have three adult children and appreciate every opportunity to spend time together.
